Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Justivia's cybersecurity platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Justivia provides the following cybersecurity services:

  • AI-powered penetration testing and attack simulation
  • Automated vulnerability scanning and security assessments
  • Security code review and static analysis
  • Identity security and privileged access management consulting
  • Threat intelligence briefings and vulnerability advisories
  • Compliance framework mapping (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Enterprise security consulting and managed security services

3. Authorized Use & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Justivia's platform only for lawful, authorized security testing. Specifically, you agree to:

  • Only conduct security assessments against systems, networks, and applications that you own or have explicit written authorization to test
  • Not use the platform to conduct attacks against third-party systems without authorization
  • Not attempt to disrupt, degrade, or exploit the Justivia platform itself
  • Maintain the confidentiality of vulnerability reports and security findings
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including the CFAA (US), Computer Misuse Act (UK), and NIS2 Directive (EU)
  • Provide accurate information when scoping security assessments

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify Justivia immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all accounts.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Enterprise engagements are priced based on scope and are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Payment processing is handled securely via PayPal and other approved processors.

6. Confidentiality of Security Reports

All vulnerability reports, penetration test findings, and security assessment data generated for your organization are confidential. Justivia will not disclose your security findings to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law. You are responsible for the secure handling and storage of reports provided to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, scanning methodologies, software, and platform features are owned by Justivia and protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Justivia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including damages arising from security incidents, data breaches, or system downtime that occur despite our assessments. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or any other material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform and security reports will be revoked.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. For US customers, the laws of the State of Delaware apply. For EU customers, applicable EU member state law and GDPR requirements govern data protection obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
